一、月日年（美式英语中常用）
比如：2020年1月10日
写作：January 10th，2020；或者January tenth，2020
读作：January the tenth，two thousand and twenty year。
二、日月年（英式英语中常用）
例如：2020年1月10日
写作：10th January，2020；或者the tenth of January,2020
读作：the tenth of January，two thousand and twenty year。

名词变复数规律全面解析
名词变复数的规律是：.一般情况加s；以s、sh、ch、x结尾加es；以辅音字母加y结尾，变y为i再加es；以辅音字母加o结尾的，有生命加es，无生命加s；以f和fe结尾，去f和fe变ves。
名词是人、动物、事物、地方、状态、品质或动作的名称。它可以表示具体的东西，也可以表示抽象的东西。由于英文单词有许多外来词，所以许多名词的复数会有不同变化。
一个名词如果表示一个或一样东西，它取单数形式，如pen,dog,tree,fact,church,kiss.如果表示两个或更多的这类东西，则需要用名词复数形式，如pens,dogs,trees,facts,churches,kisses.构成名词复数，大多数在单数形式后加-s或-es,有下面5种情况：
1.直接加-s.
如： tree-trees树, desk-desks桌 card-cards卡片， parent-parents；
2.以s、sh、ch、x结尾加es
如：bus-buses, box-boxes, watch-watches 手表, brush-brushes 刷子, glass-glasses.
3.以辅音字母+ y结尾的，改y为i再加es.
如：country-countries 国家、乡村, city-cities 城市, baby-babies, family-families,
特例：boy-boys, monkey-monkeys, toy-toys, play-plays(剧本)
4.以f或者fe 结尾的词，改f为v,再加es.
如：knife-knives刀, leaf-leaves 树叶, wife 妻子-wives.
5、以O结尾的单词,有生命的+-es,无生命+s.
如：Hero-heroes 英雄, Negro-negroes 黑人, potato-potatoes 土豆, tomato-tomatoes 西红柿，mango-mangoes.
